777rb Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 777rb website accessible at https://777rb.io and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, game lobbies, sports betting interfaces, and payment portals operated by 777rb.
• "Member" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the 777rb Platform and is accessing the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a Member on the 777rb Platform, including all associated balance information, transaction history, bonus records, and personal details.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Member into their 777rb Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin values, or match bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account by 777rb under a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets that a Member must place before bonus funds and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using the 777rb Platform is illegal under applicable local law.
• "Taka" / "৳" / "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the 777rb Platform for all transactions.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the reference time zone used for all time-sensitive Platform operations including promotion deadlines, match start times, and withdrawal processing windows.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777rb Platform, creating an Account, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 777rb Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777rb Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the 777rb Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777rb strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to verify age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, officer, or director of 777rb, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 777rb for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering one Account only. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are not permitted and will be closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4 Account Management

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the 777rb Platform. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

• Account Security: You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 777rb will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, or SMS.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 777rb immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777rb accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Member failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): 777rb may at any time, and will prior to processing significant withdrawals, require Members to complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within 14 days of the request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Inactive Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. 777rb reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts following written notification to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus Funds and associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 777rb Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are accepted: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to the Member's Account in real time under normal operating conditions. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however 777rb may apply enhanced due-diligence procedures for deposits exceeding ৳100,000 in a single transaction or ৳500,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay under normal operating conditions. Card withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Daily withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Standard Member: ৳50,000 per day
• Verified Member (KYC complete): ৳200,000 per day
• VIP Member (Tier 3 and above): ৳500,000 per day

777rb reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that deviate from the Member's established pattern of play. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the Account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

777rb offers a range of promotional offers to Members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• A Member may only claim a specific promotional offer once unless the offer is explicitly described as recurring or repeatable.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements will expire along with the associated Bonus Funds at the end of the promotional period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute at a lower percentage rate than slots. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• 777rb reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and for which wagering has commenced.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim offers multiple times, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or systematically exploiting bonus terms — will result in disqualification of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 777rb Platform are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own independently verified rules and return-to-player (RTP) rates. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

777rb does not influence, alter, or interfere with the outcome of any game. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems operated by the respective game providers. By playing any game on the Platform, you acknowledge that the results are final and accept the applicable RTP and house edge for that game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, software error, or server interruption — the affected game round will be voided and the wager returned to the Member's Real Money Balance. 777rb's decision in respect of technical malfunction outcomes is final.

8 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on the 777rb Platform cover cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Championship, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers placed on 777rb:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Member. Quoted odds may change prior to confirmation; if odds change between placement and confirmation, 777rb will notify the Member and offer the opportunity to accept or decline the revised odds.
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event — as determined by BST — will be void unless the market was explicitly offered as an in-play / live betting market.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the minimum completion threshold for that sport is reached, all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Members.
• In the event of a result being subsequently reversed by the relevant sporting authority (e.g., match awarded following an opponent's disqualification), 777rb reserves the right to settle or re-settle bets in accordance with the official result as recorded by the governing body.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are communicated within the sports betting interface. 777rb reserves the right to limit bet stakes or refuse bets at its sole discretion without explanation.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777rb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, email address, device, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Colluding with other Members or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sports outcomes, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or any other interaction with 777rb.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support and are subject to reversal.
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions through your payment provider without first raising the matter with 777rb support and exhausting the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777rb Platform — including but not limited to the 777rb brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the property of 777rb or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 777rb.

11 Privacy & Data

777rb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 777rb.io/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted between your device and the 777rb Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 777rb does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy and as required to process your transactions via payment partners including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777rb's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777rb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 777rb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777rb does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may temporarily affect service availability. 777rb shall not be liable for any losses incurred during periods of Platform unavailability.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777rb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 777rb will provide notice to Members via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 777rb's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 777rb in writing at [email protected] and allow 777rb a period of 30 days to investigate and respond to your complaint. 777rb's internal dispute resolution process is free of charge and aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
